Software Licensing & Usage
Applicability
All quoted rates are applicable for one Tally serial number only. Our add-ons are designed exclusively for Tally Prime Licensed Software with a valid TSS (Tally Software Services) subscription.
Support & Issue Resolution
Minor queries, bugs, or errors will be addressed within 48 working hours. Resolution timelines for major issues will depend on the complexity and company resource availability.
Renewal Policy
Add-on renewal charges apply after one year of purchase. Renewal rates are subject to change and become effective immediately upon announcement.
Software Compatibility
All add-ons are tested with the latest Tally Prime release prior to distribution. Testing with older Tally Prime versions is available upon written request in advance and may incur additional charges. We do not guarantee compatibility with cloud-based or RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) environments.
Educational Version Limitation
Trial or perpetual add-ons are not available for Tally Educational Mode. Our products are exclusively designed for licensed commercial versions of Tally Prime.
Payment & Financial Terms
Payment Requirements
Full payment is required in advance. Products and activation files will be delivered via email only after complete payment clearance. Partial payments or advance payments exceeding quoted amounts will not be processed until full payment is received.
Non-Refundable Policy
All advance payments are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against other projects. If the balance payment is not settled within the trial period, an invoice will be raised for the advance payment only, with applicable GST/taxes added separately.
Bank Transaction Terms
Payments made via bank transfer are subject to realization. If a payment is returned or not cleared, all associated bank charges will be borne by the buyer. The total amount (including bank charges) must be settled via cash or online payment. No invoices will be issued for bank charges.
Invoice Policy
Invoices are provided electronically via email only; printed copies are not available. We are not responsible for incorrect GST numbers or details provided by the customer after invoice generation. No modifications can be made to invoices once they have been issued.
Product Development & Modifications
Standard vs. Customized Add-ons
Standard add-ons are available at fixed prices. Any modifications to standard add-ons will incur additional charges. Customized add-ons require detailed written specifications via email. Once the price is finalized and agreed upon, any additional requirements or changes (minor or major) will be subject to extra charges.
Modification Charges
Any changes, upgrades, or modifications to add-ons, including those necessitated by Tally Prime version updates, will be performed with additional charges.
Customization Finalization
Customized add-ons are developed based on written requirements. Once the trial period concludes, the price is agreed upon, full payment is made, and the invoice is generated for the specified Tally serial number, no disputes will be entertained. Subsequent changes will incur additional costs, including changes to the Tally serial number.
Third-Party Components
Supporting files (such as .dll or .exe files) provided with customized add-ons may be developed by third-party programmers. We do not modify these components and cannot guarantee their functionality following system or Tally Prime updates.
Support, Liability & General Terms
Technical Support Period
Technical support for add-ons is limited to 30 days from purchase. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or replacements are offered after sales completion. We do not provide support for Tally application issues, Tally data problems, or operating system concerns.
Data Responsibility
The company assumes no responsibility for data loss that may occur while using our add-ons. Customers are advised to maintain regular Tally data backups. We are not liable if add-ons malfunction due to conflicts with other add-ons, operating system changes, or system modifications.
Installation Support
Installation guidance and feature explanations are provided via telephone or online PC access. On-site support visits are available only within Ahmedabad city limits and require advance payment. We aim to address visit requests within 48 business hours, though this may extend due to unforeseen circumstances.
Virus Disclaimer
Computer viruses can be transmitted via email or web downloads. Recipients should scan all emails, attachments, and downloaded files for viruses. The company accepts no liability for damages caused by viruses transmitted through our communications or downloadable files.
Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, images, and designs used on our platforms are for demonstration purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Terms Modification
These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time with immediate effect. Such changes apply to both previous and future transactions.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing software from Patel Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our License and Software Agreement.
